It's true, the world may be ending ... I actually drew something again today. It's been ... goodness, 3 or 4 years? Maybe longer? A lot has happened in that time - started college, got married, expecting our first baby, whew. What a ride. Expect more updates in the next 6 months to a year, because I am actually taking a drawing class next semester for my Fine Arts credits. /gasp! I also actually enjoyed planning out pumpkin carving pictures today, so maybe I'll even do some more artsy stuff earlier than next January. >_>

Soooo a friend of mine has made a pact with me to get together on Tuesdays this summer and draw, because neither of us is good at actually making time for it without the other one kicking her in the butt. Additionally, it's with the goal of doing a show together at some point this year, so we actually have a reason for finishing some of what we start. *gasp* Keep an eye out for more stencils, and some oil paintings I've wanted to do for about a year now. (I hope.) :D I am excited about this. :)

I know, I'm never around for more than a couple months at a time. Life's crazy like that. X.x I'm tossing around getting re-involved in Gaia (again - yes, I know) because it was one of the only forums/communities that motivated me to draw on a regular basis. I have a lot of ideas for stuff, but I'm on a lyrical/3-D art spat right now. The lyrical stuff mostly gets posted on my MySpace journal, and I don't have the material fundage to sink into the 3-D stuff.
